Lolis will have the following stats:
HP: How much damage a loli can take before being removed from the board Evasion: Ranges from 1-10, lower is better. Target number for attacks. Armor: Die from d4 to d12, higher is better. Reduces damage (Damage reduction = Arm roll - Dmg. e.g 2damage, 3 on Armor roll = 3-2 = 1 damage reduction) Movement: How far a loli can move in inches.
Attacks will have the following stats:
Range: Attacks can be either Ranged or Melee. They can then be given a range in inches or left at the default value. Ranged default is LOS, Melee default is base contact. Speed: Number of dice rolled. Accuracy: Size of die rolled, from d4 to d12. If the roll is equal or lower than target's evasion that die causes a hit. Damage: The amount of damage a single hit will deal to the target loli.
Example loli:
LDF Infantryloli HP: 5 Def: 4 Arm: d8
Assault Rifle Ranged Spd: 3 Acc: d6 Dam: 2
Combat knife Melee Spd: 2 Acc: d6 Dam: 2

Here is a few proposed special rules to consider for some characters:
Quickmove - This unit can move their full range twice, but must forgo any shooting for that turn. Flyer - This unit can fly over intervening units. Any units shooting it must also re-roll to hit it. However, this model may never use the Duck command. Charge - A model with a weapon using this property may move a distance equal to half their movement range (rounding up) in order to engage in melee. Regen (x) - At the beginning of this model's activation, this model regains a number of HP equal to the value given. Spray - A Unit with a weapon using this property calculates who gets hit by placing a teardrop template on the board, with the small end facing this unit. Blast (x) - A weapon with this property can affect any units within a given distance of a single point (Usually the unit who fired it or a target)
These are just generalized rules, but you can always design another (reasonable) special rule for another loli.
